
Food loss weight? Help me?
I have 14 years of age and a size 11. I want to lose weight in my stomach area. I know it is not possible because it is targeted weight loss. Road about a mile, at least one day. My only drawback is a great father to purchase all unhealthy foods you might think. Cakes, pies, cookies, brownies, all that. What are the healthy foods you can add to the shopping list? Breakfast, lunch and dinner meal .. some snacks, and even mix low-fat baked goods, if any. Thanks! : D
fruits and vegetables. all those things healty is at the outer edges of the tent. not in the ranks! if ur u eat junk food and not eat .. give dad or cover it with salt .. yuck! or also You can find a way to make healty snack foods you love. i do eat free or sugar can not prove all that difference! u safly can lose 2-3 pounds a week as I did. Another trick is to git as 3 lunch bags (type drink) and make all the food they eat or for the day and put 1 to 3 bags at once help the days when u do not want to worry u can get one and go. works for me, full of mines with 100-calorie pack of chips, gum, fruit and add some power to my baby. 3 freeze a water bottle and I can only I do not drink, but keep my food cold!
